  Great service! Called for a simple quote on insurance for an atv. While giving them my information we started talking about other things and decided to have them give me a few quotes for other things. They were fast and very knowledgeable and NOT pushy. They just wanted to make sure I had the information to make the right decision for my family. I am now having them check my life insurance to make sure my family and I are taken care of. They have great rates and fast and friendly service. I will send all my friends a family to them!

  I came to the office today (07/07/17) to seek assistance with the activation of my "drive safe and save" communicator. The girl at the front desk said that she could assist me with the set up. I assumed she was knowledgeable enough to help me accomplish this task. Since I don't know the process, I expected she would be able to help me complete this set up. I was told that she doesn't have knowledge of how my phone works, and when I had problems connecting to be able to get this done, she couldn't help me. I asked if there was someone else that could help me, and she would not attempt to contact anyone else to try to assist. I ended up leaving without the device. I only have a limited amount of time off from work to be able to come in to the office, so I was very disappointed to have not accomplished this today. She did make it clear, however, that I would not receive the discount.
